The meet and greet surcharge covers the first hour waiting and parking from the time the plane was due to land or the time the customer requested the driver to be at the arrivals lounge. Any additional waiting time is charged at £18 per hour (£9 per 30 minutes or part of) and this covers any additional car parking costs.
Our drivers will wait a maximum of one hour and thirty minutes after the booking time. After this time, if no contact is made, the driver will make his way back to Ipswich and no refund on the fare can be claimed. If for any reason you are held up, please contact our office on 01473 222222 so the driver can be instructed to wait.
All fares are based on ONE pick-up or ONE drop in the Borough of Ipswich. We will collect anywhere in Suffolk to take to the airport, or drop anywhere in Suffolk from the airport, an additional charge will be added
